Requirements
Must be a :
Certified Holistic Provider with a PHD earned from an accredited program.
State Licensed Healthcare Provider.
At least 1 year of experience in your provider role.
Joining our holistic, interdisciplinary team requires mutual aligned goals, mutual trust, and a clear defined professional roles across our diverse fields. We must have shared communication structures, integrated data systems, and a commitment to abandoning professional silos to treat the whole person or problem rather than fragmented parts.
