Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that due to high fraud alerts, all clients must provide a valid driver’s license or state ID at the beginning of the session. Your government name and address must be entered as it appears on your ID. All clients must also be in a well-lit area where your face could be easily viewed during the entire duration of the consultation process. If deception is detected your session would be terminated effect immediately. The company does allow a 10-minute grace period meaning, if you join the virtual meeting within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled time, your session will continue as planned. Be mindful that the session will still end at its scheduled time. If you are not present after 10 minutes of the start time, your session would be terminated. You will not be penalized for late or cancelled appointments. We understand how nervous one could be when making the transition from one chapter to the next one so, all is more than welcome to reschedule at anytime.
